Kesadaran akan kesehatan organisasi juga menjadi aspek yang penting untuk terus memantau keselarasan bisnis keluarga lewat assessment secara berkala.

Beberapa aspek yang patut untuk dinilai seperti:

1. Perlakuan terhadap anggota keluarga.
2. Perlakuan terhadap profesional.
3. Kejelasan akuntabilitas dan tanggung jawab.
4. Ekspektasi kinerja dan akuntabilitas.
5. Pengelolaan *rewards & recognition.*
6. Keinginan anggota keluarga untuk berubah dan membangun kapabilitas.

### **Tantangan ke depan:**

Di samping itu, ada beberapa aspek yang perlu dibangun dalam menjawab tantangan utama ketika berbicara aspek manusia dalam organisasi seperti bisnis keluarga:

1. Angkatan kerja yang menua dikarenakan gap generasi dan isu suksesi.
2. Kelangkaan talenta yang diakibatkan kebutuhan akan talent yang mengalahkan suplainya dan *talent war.*
3. Gap kapabilitas yang terlihat dari gap runut kepemimpinan dan bench strength (kapabilitas pemain di kursi suksesi).
4. Ekspektasi karir baru yang menuntut *work life balance* dan perkembangan karir.

### **Transforming Your Organisation:**

Untuk membangun transformasi, perlu disadari bersama bahwa transformasi adalah sebuah proses yang panjang dan tidak selesai dalam satu tahun.

Karenanya untuk menciptakan transformasi, HR perlu melakukan aktivitas berikut:

1. Menciptakan urgensi.
2. Membangun koalisi yang kuat dalam manajemen dan kepemimpinan.
3. Membuat visi perubahan.
4. Komunikasi visi.
5. Menyingkirkan hambatan.
6. Ciptakan target-target jangka pendek.
7. Membangun perubahan lewat track record dan dokumentasi jelas.
8. Bakukan perubahan sehingga menjadi landasan untuk transformasi berikutnya.

Tim HR sendiri juga menjadi kunci penting terlaksananya transformasi. Oleh karena itu, pemantauan terhadap kondisi dan kapabilitas tim HR juga perlu dilakukan agar mampu mendukung berjalannya agenda transformasi yang ada.

Pemetaan seberapa banyak tim HR dengan kapabilitas operasional, administratif, business partner dan konsultan masing-masing perlu dilakukan untuk memahami kapabilitas tim dalam membangun transformasi yang beriringan dengan kebutuhan organisasi.

Agenda transformasi dapat dibagi dalam beberapa inisiatif yang dijalankan dalam berbagai aspek *HC journey*. Pada akhirnya proses transformasi tersebut juga bermuara pada penciptaan *employee experience* yang baik di sepanjang journey karyawan tersebut di dalam perusahaan.

### **Kunci Successful Transformation:**

Menurut Pak Yussy, ada resep penting untuk transformasi yang sukses:

1. Kepemimpinan organisasi yang dimulai dari internal tim HR sendiri dan diekstensikan ke luar.
2. Strategi komunikasi yang fleksibel untuk dapat menjembatani gap dalam organisasi.
3. Perencanaan yang matang dan melibatkan *stakeholder* kunci.
4. Hargailah setiap perubahan kecil, termasuk untuk team HR sendiri.
5. Fleksibel dalam menjawab kebutuhan dan keinginan dari *stakeholder* dan anggota keluarga pemilik.
6. Kreatif.
7. Suportif.
8. Gigih - menyuarakan perubahan secara terus-menerus, bukan untuk keuntungan tim HR tapi untuk kelangsungan bisnis ke depan

Dan pastikan ketika melakukan transformasi dan *change management*, tim HR didukung oleh talent dengan kemampuan emosional yang baik, terampil dalam interaksi interpersonal dan semangat daya perubahan yang tinggi.
