4. Our Community Hit a Big Milestone
Darwinbox’s LinkedIn family crossed the 100K mark this year! This vibrant community of HR leaders, tech enthusiasts, and change-makers is more than just a number—it’s a testament to the shared passion for transforming the future of work. From sparking meaningful conversations to exchanging ideas that inspire, our journey has been about growing together and learning from one another. This is a big milestone for any brand. Kudos to the social media team!
Keeping the trend of nice, round numbers going on the customer side, we crossed 1000 customers for the first time ever, and we’re now serving more than 3 million employees worldwide. The business continues to expand globally into the new year.

2024’s cultural coronations were nothing short of iconic. Christopher Nolan finally took home that elusive Oscar, cementing his reign as Hollywood royalty. Over in Silicon Valley, Nvidia wore its crown proudly as its green arrow kept soaring upwards, dominating headlines and portfolios alike. 6. Vineet Singh Elevated to Co-founder
This year, for the first time ever, we expanded the Darwinbox Founders’ office as Vineet Singh, our very first employee and long-time CTO, took a well-earned seat as Co-founder. From shaping our product’s DNA to steering innovation through every milestone, Vineet’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. In 2024, simplicity stole the spotlight and won hearts worldwide—and we loved it too, not only because “Simplicity” happens to be one of our company values. MooDeng, the baby pygmy hippo, became an internet sensation with her irresistibly simple charm and playfulness. And let’s not forget Pesto the Penguin, whose adorable antics made everyone smile without saying a word.
