### STP Tower

STP tower merupakan salah satu perusahaan tower terbesar di Indonesia sejak tahun 2006. Di tahun 2013 STP dinobatkan sebagai perusahan TBK. STP telah bertransformasi dari penyedia jasa layanan sewa tower menjadi perusahaan end to end yang menyediakan barang dan jasa perusahaan tower maupun non tower, seperti fiber optic, cloud, IoT dll.

STP merupakan perusahan yang berkembang pesat dan terkesan sangat dinamis dalam perubahanya. STP sangat fokus dalam menyusun strategi bagaimana *employee engagement* dapat lebih maksimal digunakan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas revenue perusahaan. Disisi lain, perubahan industry 4.0 yang mengharuskan digitalisasi segala aspek membuat STP tower melakukan beberapa transformasi digital untuk sistemnya.

STP telah melakukan review kepada beberapa vendor HRIS. Namun, dari sekian vendor, STP melihat keunggulan modul yang dimiliki Darwinbox terlihat lebih variatif dan lengkap. Akhirnya, STP kemudian memutuskan untuk menggunakan HRIS platform dari Darwinbox.

### STP Tower OKRs Success Stories

Dalam proses implementasi, tim konsultan dari Darwinbox memperkenalkan OKR kepada STP. Namun saat itu, STP belum mengenal lebih jauh mengenai OKR. Setelah melakukan beberapa program sertifikasi dan pengenalan lebih jauh dengan OKR, akhirnya STP mengakui bahwa OKR merupakan *framework* penting yang sangat cocok untuk diadopsi sesuai dengan karakteristik perusahaan STP Tower dan dalam keadaan Post Pandemic Covid-19 dimana KPI atau Goals yang disetting diawal tahun menjadi tidak valid. Pada Juli 2020, STP memutuskan untuk implementasi OKR secara menggunakan Darwinbox.

Dalam proses perubahan framework KPI menjadi OKR, STP menemukan beberapa tantangan terkait change management antara lain edukasi kepada seluruh user dan memperkenalkan apa itu OKR serta menentukan guideline terkait apa itu OKR. Kurang lebih dalam 2 bulan HR STP berhasil menerapkan OKR secara menyeluruh kepada seluruh lini organisasi.

Berikut salah satu parameter keberhasilan STP dalam implementasi OKR:

- 92 % User Aktif yang mengakses module performance
- 85 % Goal Setting berhasil dilakukan di darwinbox hanya dalam waktu 1 bulan
- 90 % Goal individual aligned kepada goal department ataupun goal company
- 20.478 Feedback diterima / diberikan dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun

### Darwinbox

Darwinbox merupakan end to end HRMS yang tidak hanya memiliki OKR saja, namun kita memiliki semua modul dari workforce planning, recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement. Time & attendance, talent management (appraisal, 360 feedback dan OKR), rewards and recognition, Financial package (payroll, travel dan expense). Semua modul terurai dalam core HR & workflows yang keseluruhan Do It Yourself D.I.Y. Darwinbox juga memiliki knowledge analytics module, dimana module ini berguna dalam memberikan pandangan atau wawasan mengenai manajemen dan strukturasi semua modul.

### Darwinbox dan OKRs

OKR merupakan fitur framework Goal Setting yang membuat system lebih adaptif, fokus, dan transparan. OKR memiliki dua fungsi bagian, yaitu objektif result berupa penilaian yang biasanya moonshot / visionary sedangkan key result merupakan turunan dari objective yang bersifat S.M.A.R.T atau terukur kuantitatif.

OKR sudah ada sejak tahun 1968 dimulai dari CEO Intel Andy grove yang melakukan pengembangan pertama kali, kemudian dilanjutkan oleh John doer di tahun 1974. Hasil studi john doer mengenai OKR, dituangkan kedalam buku yang berjudul “***Measure What Matters: OKRs: The Simple Idea that Drives 10x Growth”***. Setelah google mengadopsi buku tersebut di tahun 1999, 20 tahun setelahnya OKR menjadi trending di kalangan IT.

Perbedaan OKR dengan traditional performance adalah :

- **Objektifnya** OKR lebih visioner dan SMART sedangkan tradisional performance hanya SMART. *Achievement* bisa dilakukan dengan public / *transparance* sehingga dapat menginspirasi semua anggota sedangkan traditional performance lebih tertutup atau private, hanya bisa diakses manajemen team.
- **Alignment,** OKR lebih bisa dua arah antara atasan dan bawahan sedangkan traditional performance satu arah saja sehingga memungkinkan alignment hybrid dalam satu organisasi.
- **Model kerjasama** OKR lebih kolaboratif sedangkan traditional performance hanya dilakukan di masing-masing team.
- **Goal planning** OKR lebih adaptif karena bisa sering mengubah strategi mengikuti perkembangan, sedangkan traditional performance hanya dilakukan sekali atau dua kali dalam setahun.

Di era pandemic seperti saat ini, OKR sangat dibutuhkan perusahaan dalam mengikuti perubahan atau dinamika pasar yang ada. Contohnya seperti *Alignment* dalam OKR yang dua arah memudahkan karyawan memetakan strategi atau langkah strategis yang harus dilakukanya dalam kondisi work from home sekalipun. Dari paparan diatas, dapat disimpulkan OKR memiliki peranan penting dalam mencapai bisnis outcome yang lebih baik.
